Problem to be solved
Given the growth of the business and the need for integration with third-party applications, Ratioform was looking to enhance its communications with fully virtualized solutions.
The PBX had high costs of integration with applications, through licensing fees, and also incurred additional expenses due to the fact that all calls were made over ISDN lines. All these factors hampered the company's growth and limited its day-to-day operations.
